The Honorable Henrietta Holsman Fore, Former Executive Director of UNICEF, first woman Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Director of U.S. Foreign Assistance, Under Secretary of Management in the Department of State, and Director of the United States Mint in the U.S. Department of Treasury, will discuss conflicts and crises and how public policy, the power of multi-lateral organizations, and investment of both public and private funds can promote stability and increase wellbeing for people everywhere.
