Charles H. Dallara is an Advisory Partner and Chairman of the Board of Partners Group USA, based in New York. He has 44 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of International Finance. Previously, he was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan & Co.
In addition, he held the following positions in the George H.W. Bush and Ronald Reagan administrations: Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs, Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Policy Development and Senior Advisor for Policy to the Secretary of the Treasury, United States Executive Director of the IMF, and, concurrently, Senior Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for International Economic Policy and U.S. Alternate Executive Director at the IMF.
He holds a Master of Arts, a Master of Arts in Law & Diplomacy and a Ph.D. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, Massachusetts, USA, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of South Carolina, USA.
